Good morning Miami - During last nights capstone class with creactive leaders, we discussed the balance between profit and other performance metrics in business. This was inspired by the Deloitte Millennial Report, which emphasizes aspects like innovation, efficiency, job creation, quality products, and talent development as key performance drivers.
Millennials view these aspects relatively well-balanced with their expectations. However, they see significant gaps in areas such as societal improvement, environmental protection, and employee well-being, suggesting companies in their view still prioritize profit maximization too heavily.
