From my experience, an effective transformation strategy should be concrete to be meaningful, specific to provide direction, and flexible to stay relevant across the organization as conditions shift.
This principle is somewhat mirrored in the evolution of the red Mustang I recently photographed in Miami Beach. Since its debut in 1964, the Mustang has seen gradual changes, maintaining its core features in the 2024 model. This level of consistency and adaptability is rare in most company strategies, but would it be desirable? Thoughts / Comments?
